Registration and submission

• The deadline for registration is June 6, 2025. Registration is mandatory for speakers.
• To register for Fq16, you must click on the REGISTRATION link below and fill out the registration form with your personal details before making the payment.
  
• During registration, you will be asked whether you would like to present a poster or give a talk (20 minutes). In either case, you will be asked to provide details about your talk or poster, including the LaTeX source code containing your title and abstract, based on this template.
  
• The subject of your talk should cover one of the topics listed in the Scientific Scope displayed on the main page.
• You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your data has been received. After that, you should click on the PAYMENT link below to proceed with your payment.
• The fees are displayed in the tables below, and your payment will be managed by the Brazilian Mathematical Society (SBM), which will require you to register in their system.
• The rules for reimbursement of the registration fees can be found in the registration system under the "Cancellation Policy" section.
